Blackout is the only studio album clostest to B2B's release date. Time of release is a huge factor to sales because of the declining industry.
B2B sold 4 mill WW, circus didn't reach that yet and probably wont now that a new album is being rushed in. And B2B is a double disc album that costs more than a regular album. If RIAA certified the way they used to, it would have now sold 8mill WW, 2.8US
