It seems to me to be more the opposite. Gay men seem obsessed with body hair and facial hair. One of the most popular gay apps is called "scruff".

I personally am not really into abundant body hair. A little bit or low-normal amount is preferable.

Personally for me I prefer a shaved body - but by body I just mean the chest area really.
I love armpit hair and find it really, really weird when I see guys who shave their legs It's a massive turn off for me.
