Mmmmm... As of last era (since Adele hasn't even finished "25"), "Rolling In The Deep", "Someone Like You" and "Set Fire To The Rain", outsold all of 1989's SIX SINGLES combined...

And if you want to discuss "25" anyways, "Hello" (4,2M) is on its way to outsell "Shake It Off" (4,9M), despite the former being released just 4 months ago coming from an 8M selling album in the US alone
