I'm an avid Apple user, but the app is still buggy sometimes when dealing with offline listening. It works great 99% of the time, but it occasionally skips a song or two because it "thinks" I haven't saved it for offline listening when I actually did, months ago. A quick quitting and reopening of the Music app fixes it, though. Like I said, this is the only problem I've had and I only run into it on rare occasions.
I use it no issues. However I am still on iOS 8 and skipped iOS 9 because iOS 9 has no benefits to me, and uses more battery power. So why bother? You have to go into Low Power Mode to use the same power that iOS 8 uses on normal mode.

iOS 9 is way more secure if your device gets lost, stolen or seized by the Feds
It still gets rid of or refuses to play songs that I manually added myself which is super annoying because sometimes it's not available on apple music so I can't just add it that way and I have to live without. All my live performances and remixes/mashups are gone. And the inability to change album or single covers is also annoying
The only bug of Apple Music right now is it wont upload Beyonce's Formation and is still greyed out after a week.
Oh and also, I heard some songs being remixes which I absolutely hate. Put the damn original like what the ****. I've heard Janet's Feedback and Charice's Pyramid were replaced by horrible remixes... And instead of dirty versions they used clean versions...
