i change my avi exactly every week. so if i changed it on thurday, i'll change it that next thursday.
i have videos bookmarked that i want to gif just for avi purposes (there's like 124 i have bookmarked) so i have to

Never. I like it even if it is bad quality. It can be used to respond to a great variety of different situations.

No. If you have to constantly change your AVI it proves how uniconic and desperate you are for that HIT avi.
