Beyonce has like 20 Grammy's or something how has she been snubbed ?
This is where I was coming from with my comment, a snubbed artist would be someone with no recent Grammy's or even nominations in my eyes. This being about Beyoncé would be a let down for me, but I'll enjoy her performance anyways.
Anyway, metacritic score has no bearing on the argument. All that matters is that BEYONCÉ was considered snubbed by various publications and critics... in THIS world.
