Again, not saying I 100% agree with this stuff since I don't come from the background that these people do, but I think it's interesting to read.

I said this from the start and someone from the Beyive told me I didn't know what I was talknig about. I said this as a southern black woman. A lot of people may not even understand how deep this color thing is in the south and it's hard to understand if you're not from here. Beyonce is from the south so she knows what she's doing.

Black creoles have always had a history of separating themselves from "regular" black people. We are all the same basically different shades. All this creole/ half indian mess can go with the birds. We are black--period.

Did you guys even read it? The writer of the second article said she was so excited to see it, and initially loved it, and felt a huge sense of pride being black. Then she saw what was problematic about it
