No they are not. When registration opened up in 2015, monsters mass recruited people just so they could win polls n' stuff. They want to give off the illusion that, them being the biggest fanbase on here, means that Gaga is still cool and popular.
Seriously, the amount of Gaga stans on this board is overwhelming. Any news regarding Gaga is immidiately hit topic of the week of something along those lines.
I'm starting to suspect that the only reason Katy is somehow popular on these boards are mainly thanks to monsters that can't help themselves but to bring her up in every discussion.
Gaga has won 6 Grammy Awards, over 250 music awards (I'm pretty sure it's up there around the 300 awards but I'm just lowering my estimates to be safe), a Golden Globe, most predictors say she'll win the Oscars. Her touring has been enormous with TMBT/BTWB and AP has managed to hold up well and sold good enough for a "flop" album. She has already been most of the fashion world's muse, starred in the lead role of AHS and generally critically acclaimed (AP aside). She has experimented with music in Pop, Dance, Jazz, Rock and even some more Urban music. She has jsut performed the NA at the Superbowl and will do a Bowie tribute at the Grammy Awards and will perform at the oscars. She has impressive sales and has made over 500M from touring. Her biggest hits are very recognizable. The Fame/The Fame Monster/Born This Way eras were literally EVENTS and have changed the music industry, especially her debut which changed the landscape of Pop and it's sound.
Of course we'd think she's a legend. I can see why you'd get annoyed about the constant threads and I agree it should stop, but you cannot actually believe she isn't one of the biggest artists ever.
