EDIT: This quote is taken absurdly out of context. The AP reported it correctly:

And in reference to John F. Kennedy’s famous “Ich bin ein Berliner”
quote, Streep proclaimed: “We are all Africans, we are all Berliners.”
But mess @ her missing the context the question was asked.
