The only franchise I care about is Harry Potter, and one could argue that Deathly Hallows is one part. So...Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

The Muppets, Planet of the Apes & Batman also have 8th movies coming up, but they don't count because they have already been rebooted a couple of times
