I don't think he was laughing, just pointed out how her lead switched completely against her.
You're right, a year is forever in politics though. Who would've thought we would have a serious challenger to Hill even though she has everything going for her. It's nearly written in the stars that she wins but it's not out of the question. Sanders' narrow path to the nom included taking 1 of the first 2 states (he accomplished that tonight), winning Nevada or South Carolina, and then drawing even with her Super Tuesday.
Step 1 was done tonight.
Step 2 is...idk I can't say because we don't have Nevada data
