He doesn't mean it and couldn't care less about gay marriage (probably even for it), but he knows he has to keep appealing to his low information low IQ mouth breather supporters.
Be realistic. He can't and won't do that. He's saying whatever he can to get into office. He won't bother doing any of the things he's planning on doing once elected.
