Quote:
Thirteen states' statutes purport to ban all forms of sodomy, some including oral intercourse, regardless of the participants' genders: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Utah. Four states specifically target their statutes at same-sex relations only: Oklahoma, Kansas[16][17] Kentucky, and Texas.

yeah, these laws exist in a lot of places in the US, but they got struck down in a supreme court ruling in 2003. some states still have them on the books but they can't actually do anything about it.
in fact, for years in my state (virginia) even married heterosexual couples weren't legally allowed to have oral sex

but obviously people did it anyway because nobody cared about these laws, and there was no real way to enforce them in a way that would actually have enough evidence to work in court, so really they haven't mattered in a long time.
