Simon really messed up with her. Timing went all wrong...

He can't even get Fleur's 2nd single to take off. Capital already dropped it out of rotation and it's out of the top 200 on iTunes. It doesn't look good.

And you call yourself a Ella fan? Simon is doing the same thing he did with Ella. He gave her time to grow and make great music. He has faith in Tamera too.

Ella released an album in 2 years, not 3. And let's not forget how he rushed Fleur's debut and pushed back Tamera. As far as we know, Tamera's album was supposed to be released in 2015.

You tell me since you brought up the year difference. LOL. What is Simon doing to her exactly? LOL. Letting her mature and making sure she's ready for stardom? Did you even watch when she was on The X Factor and all the problems she had? LOL. You shook or something? LOL. Calm down, she hasn't even debuted yet. LOL. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

It's actually a good thing to delay the release. She had many problems on X Factor; including being too young and forgetting lyrics. The time difference should help to improve that and get that image out of the minds of the public. It worked for ella, it'll most likely work again.

I think it was a good move to wait and let her mature and probably work on her flaws. But I feel they should have gotten her on a few featurings for others. Maybe some DJ or whatever, just to keep her name out there.
