About 11 years ago, there was this political forum I lurked on, and there was this one user named "proudrepublican" who was unbelievably stupid. You could make a greatest hits album out of all the stupid **** he posted. Sadly, the forum's gone now, but here are a few of the highlights:
* Iran is a communist country
* The Rolling Stones founded Rolling Stone Magazine
* Martin Luther King, Jr. started the Protestant Reformation
* Matthew Shepard was "evil"
* Oregon is a northeastern state
* Saddam Hussein was a "Democrat hero"
* AIDS is directly caused by sex; or, as he put it, "when the p-word pushes up against a certain bone too much in the b-word."
* Not even joking about that last one.
