Republicans are still so hell-bent on being traditional though. They're really ruining any chance they have in the future. Like all the Republican presidential candidates still not being for gay marriage... it's legalized in the entire country move on, it's something you can't do anything to push back at this point.
I think in the future Democrats & Republicans will fade though, the idea of parties is really tired and only putting people in a box.
People tend to become more conservative as they age.
the only good thing about the South being social is: it doesn't seem odd or out-of-place if you want to randomly strike up a conversation with some hot guy when you're out
Seattle is boring? I wanted to move there or Portland
Love the hipsters
I've heard nothing but good things about both of these places and these are actually two of the cities I considered moving to before for that reason. Because I heard both of them are very chill/liberal/hipstery. Similar to the village in NYC.
America is the best country in the world. The Madonna of the nation-states. Powerful, ruthless, iconic, attention-seeking, ever-morphing... Whats not to luv. Europe is falling apart, Asia is overpopulated, the Middle East is hopeless, Africa never stood a chance, South America are model America countries, Australia is an afterthought.
I have that disorder that affects my mood if it's always rainy and dark clouds. I would not be able to live in Seattle.
My mood is like 349309590x better on sunny days.
f this is one of the things that made me not as sure about Seattle. I don't really care about the weather itself that much but I do get moody when it's gloomy. Idk if I could deal with that all the time.
