I want to know if any of you own DSLRs and whether you take photographs with it, I bought myself a Nikon D3300, it's an entry-level DSLR, I can't afford the D5300 nor do I need a higher end DSLR, I want to get started taking brilliant pictures but I can't due to being at college 4 days a week and not having really anywhere to take photos, I could go down to my local park but would people not look at me like a weirdo for doing this?

I have a DSLR, it's a Canon T5i. So far i've only really used it to take pics on vacation, but I hope to use it more in the future.

I think you can find some stuff around the house to take photos of, to help you try out all of the settings and work on the composition of your photos. I don't think people will think you're weird for taking pics at a park, so don't be afraid
