No.
Prism has sold 1.7 million and 15 million singles. With that it would need 5.7 billion US streams to get to 7x platinum.
It's obviously not remotely close to 5.7 billion US streams.
Prism should be at 4x platinum.
Teenage Dream will be 7 or 8x platinum. 3 million sold, 40 million singles and maybe 1 billion US streams.
