To better balance out the metrics. When sales were at this level in 2006-7, the divisor was 5, but streaming was barely factored in. The adjustment should've really been made at the start of the 2016 Chart Year instead of two months in though instead of the 25/52 rule.
Zimmerfing and Friday Teenage figured out 1 sale now = 12.5 streams, when it was at 7.5 streams. BB doesn't want one metric over-dominating the Hot 100.
Airplay remained the same, now sales/8 instead of sales/10, and now streaming/100 instead of streams/75.
