Random thought: I'm scared that Beyonce team will be stupid and they will mess up releasing her single. Like you know, you need Spotify + iTunes + music video at one time and this will help or even secure number one debut (it you are Beyonce, Tay, Rih or Adele) and i;m scared that they can release it like Tidal only or mess other things. hopefully not

You kind of just stated the same thing.
Asking if sales are counted less and streaming more...no.
Billboard took a stance giving credit to actual purchases and less against equivalents and assumption based risks and placed more emphasis on sales and less on streaming...as it should.
The true tea is that they should take a percentage away from radio and add that to sales too. Sales should alway be the #1 ranking
(it's also #1 on Mediabase rhythmic right now)
