Apple, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Sony, etc have been doing this for over ten years. Yes, it's not socially responsible, but it's a very good business practice and completely legal. All large corporations applaud employees who find these tax loopholes and work out systems to reroute finances in areas that are tax exempt or offer tax breaks to gain more business. It's an international problem. All of our favorite large brands do this in one form or another, from toy companies to H&M. Governments find it easier to go after large companies like Apple because it's easier than actually proposing tax revisions and getting that passed/approved by xyz governing body.

They are CHEATING.

They are takin your coins for 700+ dollars which by the way they get one iPhone made in China for maybe 10$ if that. Then they are reporting that their income sales are lower. Pretty much saying you didn't give them the coins that you gave. Then they are sending large amounts of money to Ireland which won't get taxed heavily. Then sending it off to fiscal paradise. I mean this is robbery. And you're calling it genius .... I mean girl

Considering they payed no taxes in the US last year....

TIL: the world is ****ed. We who work for these gargantuan companies and essentially make them their ridiculous profits are paid peanuts and have their incomes significantly taxed... while the real money maker gets off scot-free.

We, as a species, really do deserve to be wiped out. How could we get it all so wrong.

It's not fair that the lower class and medical class people break their backs to pay their taxes on time but there are billion dollar corporations that don't give a crap. The CEO of Apple has been to court a couple of times because of this and they STILL don't pay up.
