I don't think The Fame was good enough to be one of the greatest albums of the decade, but GaGa herself accomplished so much that she should be on the best artist list. if that makes any sense.

I dunno. Why did you start the list at #23? Is Britney #24 or something and you didn't want her to be in here?
If she wasn't on the list that would be a travesty. Love her or hate her, she is certainly one of the artists of the decade.
Horrible albums list, parts of it are very generic. But the rest is OK.
