Contacts when I leave the house, glasses at home.

Both. My eyesight is pretty terrible and I used to wear contacts all the time because they work better than glasses, but they were slowly ruining my eyes so I'm on a 50/50 schedule right now. I'm about to get some new glasses actually.

If you can afford it, do it. It's reportedly safer than contacts.
