This is huge. The NFL wants someone phenomenal, this is Super Bowl 50, they're celebrating 50 years of history. Whitney did Super Bowl 25 and delivered the best of all time. What an honor for Gaga, along with the Bowie tribute. She just keeps winning.

If Gaga wins the Oscar after this she is poised for a huge comeback as long as she plays her cards right. She's much, much more likeable than she was during ARTPOP and has been showing her vocal talent so much the past two years.
I'm interested to see how all of this focus on vocals will manifest in LG5. I can't imagine Gaga going through all of this effort to prove she can really sing and not showcase it in her new music.
