He can never just say he's proud of her and keep it moving. He continues to try an insert himself into her success after him. She went to record better music, find greater joy with her husband a child, and greater success and accolades without him.
And he's trying to tie in Bey's idea for the video anthology into ST, as if he was behind the concept. It's telling that he has yet to produce a star with a mere fraction of success or relevance that Bey has.
