I agree with this. Hilary would have to be indicted for her to lose, and even then I'm not so sure.

I think he has a really good chance if he becomes the Republican nominee. He will have a very easy time appealing to moderates because he has so many liberal stances (for example, he supports universal healthcare).

I doubt it. It depends more so on who he's up against. If he's up against Hillary, he's going to be in a bad position simply because he can't attack her on anything she hasn't already been attacked on and she thrives when she's attacked. Bernie... I'm not so confident about. I would obviously vote for Bernie a thousand times before Trump... But, Bernie has yet to be the target of actual GOP attacks and I don't know how he'll come out of it, he also tends to get flustered easily.
No he won't... Most Republicans I know that like other candidates hate Trump... Most independents and moderates I know hate him, or find him comical and not suited for presidency.

Theoretically, he could win. Although I think it's highly unlikely, he could win if he does the following after securing the Republican nomination:

(1) manage to get through the debates without getting shredded by Clinton who has vastly more substantive knowledge on the key issues; and

(2) energize the disgruntled, poorly-educated, working class White Conservatives that form the majority of his base to come out to the polls in massive numbers.

Both of these seem very unlikely to happen. The kind of boisterous rhetoric that's getting him the most attention in the Republican race would bite him in the ass with more moderate independent voters if he doesn't reel it in for the general election. So, we'll likely see a more toned down version of Trump for the general which isn't going to exactly light a fire in the Republican base and bring in the numbers of voters he needs to defeat the broader coalition of demographics found on the Democratic side. A wild card could be a third party candidate like Bloomberg, but I don't think he will run.
