So many of y'all are so confuse.
The 460 figure came from HipHopDX. Soundscan sends them their charts and they're allowed to post the Top 10 R&B/Hip-Hop albums each week, with actual figures.

The 460 sales are from TIDAL. It was the only place in the world selling the album before the new tracking week. They put it on sale around 9 PM Thursday night after it 'accidentally' leaked on their site, and the tracking week ended 11:59 Thursday.
460 sales from 9 PM EST / 6 PM PST to Midnight. The funny part is I think Billboard's tracking week doesn't end til Midnight for each timezone, so she actually had up to 6 hours for sales on the west coast.
