Why would the RIAA give her platinum status (plANTInum ) if they
thought she was "cheating"? These are professionals. Pissed forumers? Are NOT.

Gags did flop gracefully. She spent her own money on the G.U.Y. video months after the era had been already dead. If she was scared of flopping she would have Payola Perry'd the system to get it to at least go Top 40. Billboard and John Mayer also defended her for sticking with ARTPOP even through all the flopping.
She paid some Saturday night news show to air that video in full and performed the song a bunch of times and no one cared.
The GP doesnt know/care about MAJORITY of the stuff that goes on with artists and is discussed in here on a daily basis. Do you think people in the GP were running around saying 99cga? Or talking about TEA and SEA?
1500 streams = 10 song sales = 1 album sale (this is the same as the TEA and SEA on the BB200 but RIAA previously didn't count that towards certification)
G.U.Y. was a graceful flop.. she made it, it sank, she moved on. Now those damn Applause week one tweets and that Twitter meltdown (which was obviously just promo for Do What U Want).. and those performances of Do What U Want.. hard to say that was graceful and I am a stan!
I know King Bieber is beautiful and powerful but he needs to lay off the sex just a little bit. There's just going to be more and more chances of leaks (which I don't mind hihi).
