Hilary has a weak voice. Ashley may have a high-pitched voice, but if you listen to some notes from her you'll be impressed, like the "Do what, do what you're told" part from "Acting Out".
And what about other artists like Britney? she has the WEAKEST voice and she's a pop icon.
