will 21 pass thriller in certification and became the highest certified album since streaming are now added to the certification? i think it should already be like 22xplatinum and 21, RITD, SLY all have never ending longevity

It doesn't matter, it will never reach Thriller's sales. Adding streaming is a disadvantage to old albums like Thriller so it can't be compared.
