Calorie restrictive diets always fail. The only way to work through it is to change your life style. Be active: Go find something that you enjoy like hiking, swimming and/or biking. And add more wholesome foods to your diet. Like with diets that have a lot of fruits and veggies you can eat a lot more and still lose weight, bc they are less calorically dense.
