Most people seem to like Work yes, but that's just Drake's power. Find a Drake song that teenagers/young adults don't mostly love.

Work would obviously not be as big without Drake, but it's a Rihanna song.
Drake could not pull that song off by himself.
All those songs you listed are significantly less urban than her previous albums.
This album gets a little more AC and less Pour It Up/Lov7 Song/Birthday Cake (what sells).
And that's why you're experiencing what you're experiencing.
