All the critics seem to be angry that there are no hits but they all agree that this is the first time we know the real Rihanna and that this is her best work vocally.
The good thing about this is that by this november we will probably get an album with all the BANGERS that were scrapped

Slant critics hate Rih SO much

They hated FFS and BBHM and they were some of the few that did not list BBHMM in their best of the year lists

If this album were made by a white man that all he did was follow trends it would be praised as a guy who keeps reinventing himself and reaching true artistry but since this is Rihanna of course they will drag it.
