A spokesperson for Official Charts UK says ANTi will not be eligible to top, or even enter the charts. “Free downloads don’t count towards the Official Chart, meaning ANTi currently won’t be eligible for the Official Albums Chart,” they told the Daily Star. “It has not yet been announced when ANTi will be available to download and stream on other services, including iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify.”
I love how people act like this is shocking or fans should start killing themselves over chart positions. They've only been planning this weird rollout for like a year so obviously they've thought of everything and are satisfied with the way it turned out.
