Self Medication.
Vapor Rub for stuffy nose.
Sprite/7Up for stomach aches.
Soup for anything really when you're sick
Though personally i do:
Morning-
Oatmeal & Orange Juice
Throughout tha rest of tha day-
7Up/Canada Dry
Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup w/ Hot Sauce
Ginger Shots from Jamba Juice

It's not just Latinos, I thought everyone ate soup and uses Vicks when they're sick with a stuffy nose.
We drink ginger ale not sprite though.

Some in-home remedies for when you're sick. I'm pretty much the same way: soup, Sprite or Canada Dry, and DayQuil/NyQuil. Always gets the job done
