Hasn't he always been?
He's not a Justin Timberlake level superstar, but his name holds more clout in Hollywood than both Bruno Mars and Chris Brown.

Respect: No
Bieber doesn't even come close to Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Tom Hanks, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey

Chris Brown was one of the biggest music artists 2006-2008 and still has a large fanbase and is still a staple on Urban radio.

And anyway, no Bieber is not A-List. He's having his moment right now, but he doesn't have the influence, acclaim and impact of a true A-List artist.
