I want to sue my ex-bf because he pushed me.

This is something I am really excited about because I am going to sue him broke.

So what are the steps you have to take to sue somebody?
Should I throw myself down the stairs or have somebody beat me up to create more proof of his abuse`?

Do you have any evidence? Did you report the incident to a medical professional? Bruises?

Regardless, if he read one of your previous threads, then he'll be able to read this one too and you'd be convicted of perjury.

there is no excuse for pushing somebody.

The best you could do is get a police report and get a restraining order. Then go from there, but if he's not rich then it won't be worth the lawyer fees and the hassle.

You can't really be punished by law for "pushing" someone. Especially since he inflicted no harm to you

his family has money... is there any way that I can sue them too?
