I'm not sure how much longer I'm gonna watch this ... Karen is just nauseating. Gizelle is clearly the personality this show was built around, but her drama with the others isn't believable to me because they just seem pressed that she's fun/young/aloof, and she just doesn't seem to care. Like - that's not Kenya/Phaedra workout video realness drama! That's not Bethenny/Jill friend breakup drama. It just doesn't seem real to me

I really like this so far. Karen and Charisse are a mess but they're perfect for this show. Robin was the only one I wasn't really feeling from the premiere but I liked her last night.

I grew up middle class and went to college with quite a few that didn't but somehow got into some "new money" hustling or whatever and you couldn't tell them anything.

They were nose turned up and everything. I'm like gyal if you run into some hard times or lose a job/hustle how many months could you last.

I just don't understand how, as a minority, you can look down on people in such a manner when people do the same thing to you. They all met the man and he had a name but they continued to belittle him and refer to him as "the help" because he wasn't up to their standards. Charisse implied he was going to come up and rob her house as if she has priceless artifacts lining the stairs.

He was annoying af but I did appreciate and respect how Gizelle defended him as her friend.

I'm kind of getting Real Housewives of Vancouver teas from this - they're all just trying so hard to be these characters but end up looking like chariactures.

Charisse is just bitter that her husband is off in NJ ignoring her and probably cheating. She'll be getting divorced by the end of the year, and then we'll see where she is. Probably begging that guy to do her hair for FREE.

Gizelle is this show tbh, Katie is a snooze, and I get gay teas from her BF, he totally does not wanna marry her. Robyn is kinda ratchet because of her accent, but she seems real AF.

Idk how I feel about Ashley yet. I feel like she could be refreshing and fun to have around, and I'm v excited to see how the Etiquette obsessed Karen and Charisse take her at the whiskey thing. Gizelle was shady to her, but I think they'll move past it.

Anyway, I like Giselle, the other lightskinned chick with green eyes, and umm... The Biracial girl with big hair (the one with a 55yo husband).
The dark girl is annoying (can't remember her name), and the one who can't stop talking about being Biracial + Jewish ... Urgh, kill me now.
Overall, great show!
