When you did add Illinois, USA. It's like you expect everyone to know where Chicago is......
I request you either take out Ontario Canada or add in Illinois USA..
Just little things like this piss me off and makes me think Americans think they're better

as far as google searching goes, there is only one chicago in the world (iconic!)
meanwhile, there are several torontos, even one in illinois!
i am positive the OP specified which toronto to avoid confusion/mayhem, EXTREMELY thoughtful imo and says a lot about american hospitality

That is not the point actually... There's nothing more I can explain to a person like you who clearly cannot feed in information. I'm sure a lot of people would know what I mean, because it's purely simple. But no you have to come up with some sad excuse.
And come on, we BOTH know, and everybody else knows what cities are exactly being compared (sadly) seriously don't play games...

Is the free healthcare in Canada also applicable for mental health (i.e. a psychiatrist or psychologist)? Being angry isn't healthy.

You know... I actually have a life. I have tons a friends, I have a successful CAREER that I went to university for... I learn something everyday. I read books. I can speak three different languages.. I've had a great life. I travel. I have adventure. I'm physically active. I've been in a happy commited relationship of four years.
I'm not an angry person.
I am becoming a man. To become a man, it comes with life experiences, age, life skills, social skills, knowledge, longevity. I'm getting there. I'm not a little boy like most on here.
I come on here for curiousity, when I have nothing to do, to get some information. When I see something that interests me/pisses me off, it stays when me. I can't seem to shake it off. I don't even know why I even bother. I actually have ADD, but I'm still an educated and smart person. I would be HAPPY to have a conversation about all of this with smart, educated MEN or WOMEN in person, because people tend to be more calm. I'm not here going to talk to boys or girls over the Internet about petty ******** anymore.

Okay. I have degrees in Accounting and Finance and am working on my MBA. I travel too. So let's have a civilized discussion.

Are you seriously kidding me?
I'm done talking. I've always hated people arguing over the Internet because it's childish, literally. Tonight was literally my last straw after that thread. I am seriously done. I'll continue to come on this site, but I'm done talking. I'm just gonna continue to talk to actual people that are actually in front on me face to face, because that's how I do things..

I live in downtown Toronto, so I might be a little biased.
Architecture:
- Both cities have iconic structures (Willis Tower, CN Tower, both equally iconic).
- Chicago has better architecture (more colourful buildings, better architectural trends)
- Toronto has a lot of grey towers, concrete brutalist structures, very cold looking skyline.
Crime:
- Crime rate is FAR higher in Chicago. Toronto feels safe pretty much everywhere you go, even at 3am.
Culture:
- Toronto has far more vibrant neighborhoods (it's the most multicultural city in the world, 50% of the population was born outside of Canada)
- Toronto has the second coolest neighborhood in the world ranked by VOGUE (Queen Street West, full of hipster bars, art galleries)
- Chicago is pretty black and white overall.
Tourism:
- Toronto lacks the tourism attractions, far less museums, tourist destinations, than Chicago. Museums are superior in Chitown
- The Magnificent Mile ***** all over Toronto's equivalent Bloor Street
- Toronto has a nice waterfront, but Chicago's is far more leisurely and larger
And finally.... my opinion
Chicago is a better city to tour/visit
Toronto is a better city to live in
