No.
Gaga's first era was a meteoric rise to fame. Her second era was massive and made her the top Pop star in the world. Her third era was very successful and had several hits, so much hype, yet overall wasn't seen as quite the big career moment her 2nd era was, mainly due to other things overshadowing the material (the Madonna comparisons, her getting a little too "out there" for some people, her tour being cut short by her injury, etc). Her fourth era was seen as a decline from the previous ones due to extremely high standards and expectations set for her, and a lot of other drama clouding up the era (the press tearing her down, the drama she was experiencing behind the scenes, scrapped videos and projects, etc).....it had average album sales and a couple of hit singles, along with a successful world tour despite all of that, and the era being cut short.
I guess the past 2 years can be called her fifth era even though it's a bit different. She released a jazz album that became extremely successful, and she built her public image back up tremendously by giving acclaimed performances at things like the Oscars and Grammys that strictly relied on her talent. She's making her mark and making moves that will cement her talented status in the industry, apart from hits and sales.
