The only info we have on it is that Kesha's camp are claiming "Kesha's career is approaching the point of no return if she's unable to make music without Dr Luke, she needs this injunction", assisted by an affidavit agreeing with this from a former CEO of Universal Music, and Sony/Luke's camp are claiming "not being able to release could help her, Adele had a break and came back stronger!" which everyone knows is a bad argument.

I also don't want to get my hopes up but I don't really see how Kesha can lose, I mean:

- Kesha and Luke don't have a healthy working relationship (fact)
- Neither artist can make money/profit from the other (fact)
- There is no reason why she should be locked in her contract as it is not benefiting either party (fact)
- By having her locked in her contract, it is in fact doing more harm than anything to both parties (fact)

Lukes team's only argument is that Kesha just wants to get out of her contract and is using rape as a tool to do so, this means, regardless of whether the allegations are true or not, both sides are physically unable to work with or for each other so there is literally no point in keeping her locked in contract besides the fact that Luke wants to torture her. If the judge doesn't recognise this then I will be very surprised and upset.

Luke has no intentions to work with Kesha either, nor has he shown any for the past two years, he literally has no argument to keep her in her contract.

I think the reason why people are feeling she'll lose is because Dr Luke's basically poured his "evidence" all over the web via TMZ etc. where as Kesha has remained classy and tight lipped on the situation, which hopefully will work out in her favour. Plus she probably doesn't want her rape evidence all over the web as it allows Luke's side to come up with something against it.
