Don't be such a drama queen. That performance was the only reason I even check for that song.

That show was amazing. It's a shame that so many of Madonna's "old" fans have this boring attitude that "she's just trying to be relevant!!1" these days when she's damn well doing what she always did, and that is whatever she wants. She has always liked the trends and keeping up with what's cool - she's not chasing trends, she does enjoys and works with them as her fans do.

I'm not one of those fans, though. The show just wasn't my cup of tea and never reached the heights that some of her other shows did.

Her vocals were not the tea for a lot of S&S in addition to those horrible arrangements. Like looking at recordings of that show she sounds pretty bad compared to the MDNA and Rebel Heart tour.

She has definitely gotten better at using new arrangements for her old material with RH. Like the rock angle fits Burning Up so much better than it did Borderline and Human Nature and the Like A Virgin rework is a lot of fun. And that True Blue singalong is so cute.
