Kelsey, her best friend, played by the endearing and shiny-haired Hilary Duff, giving digital strivers a good name. (...) and an appealing scene of one friend helping another through a breakdown.
She is not quite awards material at this point in her career (not sure if it's in the cards for her), but she is so likable on this show that I can't help but root for her.
