Doesn't matter. It's a common psychological move to embrace your insecurities in a way to mask the fact that they bother you. Cause no offense but I see you complaining about "talent" very often.
Like I typically stan for people who are outside of music, obvi global legendary fashion/beauty fame icon/princess of armenia/american royalty Kim K and people rip her for not being talented all the time. You don't see me going on and on about how talent doesn't always win. You shouldn't feel the need to justify your stanning.

well Demi has talent but not a lot of good songs and her attitude is in the pits.
I agree with charisma and a good persona is a part of an artist/singer's career.
A lot of people have motivation and drive, but that doesn't mean that's what they should be pursuing
And who are you to say that? People should pursue what they want, and if they want it enough, they'll learn to be good at what they do, even if they not talented in that area. Talent isn't the difference between who can do what, it's just a matter of who can do what easier.
Taylor Swift writes all her songs and plays multiple instruments, she's also a business woman and has won Album Of The Year. Those talents clearly helped her since she outsells everyone except Adele

It isn't me trying to justify my stanning. It's me trying to save people from making themselves look stupid by implying talent is earned. It's not. Success (mostly) is.
Well you see we rarely have artists these days that are the complete package. Those can sing, dance, act, write and produce songs, be fashion designers, sing multiple genres of music, etc.
Maybe one of these can be considered a skill, but when you put all those skills together to create your artistry, suddenly it becomes talent.

outsells =/= talent. Sales do not equate to talent, how many times do we have to discuss this?
