Pokemon: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages
I thought the movie was going to be absolute trash, but I was wrong, it was only regular trash.
I liked the Dubai inspired setting, and thought Hoopa was adorable, but the movie doesn't really have a plot. It's just legendaries fighting each other.
I did like that they let Lugia take on Hoopa alone for a while, because Lugia is a queen, but I didn't like that Lugia doesn't talk anymore like it did in the 2nd movie. Also the whole time I was thinking why doesn't Arceus just come down and stop this since Arceus is God, but Hoopa seems way too overpowered with its ability to summon and control any Pokemon. It also apparently grants wishes.
I wish the movie had more of a plot and focused more on Hoopa's struggle with its evil self and its past, and also they should have used the setting better.
Overall i give the movie a 6/10.
