My top 3 is:
- Uzbekistan (it's quite cheap to go there, $1,500 for a one week organized tour with everything included)
- South Africa & Namibia
- Alaska
And of course several European destinations like Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Iceland that are much cheaper.
