whenever someone else gets in an argument people always go to comfort them & to their defense and they don't all gather as a group and nominate that person for eviction aside from Winston
the house treats Tiffany as the scapegoat, they nominate her week after week with no good reason because they're scared to nominate who they really feel. For example: Stephanie nominated Tiffany over the people who actually nominated her because she's scared & thus just finds it easy to push the target on Tiffany when she's done nothing hurtful to her.
there's definitely a bias.. idk how you don't see it.
