Chrome on android and pc is flawless. Chrome on my iPhone is abysmal but still better then safari.

FF is terrible.... Chrome is a ram hog. They need to address that. Safari has pretty much always been the fastest browser especially since Nitrojs engine was released. Let's see if this gives Chrome some additional speed. And Chrome in iOS is slower than Safari on iOS because it's forced to use a UIWebView and doesn't have access to nitro.

I remember the promotional videos of it being faster than lightning, speed of sound, and whatever else. That was in 2010.

It means both Chrome(Blink) and by extension Opera(Blink) are all based on Apple technology Safari(WebKit).
