They should release the console first. The Wii U is dead.

The 3DS is still selling 100k each week. Those sales are going to completely collapse.

Console should be released first imo. I honestly think it's a bit early for the new gens but due Wii u current stats

A console release is more premature then a handheld. They always do fine with their handhelds, so they can play it safe into the field and see what to do with the console.

They're not going to get third party support with the Wii U's specs. The sooner they move on, the less time they lose.

I guess the 900p specs revealed on that survey was for the handheld.

The 3DS is still doing okay though. I hope this doesn't kill both their hardware and their portable consoles.

We knew the NX would have a handheld for the past year or so. No need to buy a "New" 3DS when it basically does everything the existing ones do.

This is why I didn't understand the mad rush to buy Wii U's for Christmas this year either. I guess it just pays to be a smart shopper.

You mean as a resolution? Sounds too much for a handheld made by Nintendo (), it could be for the console though but what they should go for is 1080p.

That survey is unreliable. I wouldn't put much stock into it since it just ASSUMED what Nintendo would do with the specs.

I'm just ready for some solid, concrete news. I still haven't opened the 3ds I got last year after Sear's accidentally marked it down, so I'm mostly checking for the console. Especially waiting on some info on the new Zelda release.

Not even mad, I'll always spend money on a new Nintendo portable.
