Welp. Once again, she handled this subject horribly...
The perfect response would have been something like -
"While I appreciate the importance of the issue of appropriation Macklemore was trying to raise - the personal jab was unnecessary".
And everybody would have won. Instead, she once again comes off as ignorant and closed off to the topic.
This is the career path she's chosen, so yes, in this genre, she WILL have to address it. She WILL have to give a ****, if she ever wants to be taken seriously.
